Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how Land Ruler users can delete their account and associated app data.

How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Land Ruler app.
- Go to Projects -> three-dot menu -> Cloud Account -> Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request. Your account and associated cloud data will be deleted immediately.
You can also request deletion by sending an email to support@mobilerise.com with the subject line Delete My Account. Please send the request from the email address connected to your Land Ruler account so we can identify it.
Data That Is Deleted
When your Land Ruler account is deleted, the following account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:
Your email address and Google Login connection associated with Land Ruler.
All Firebase-hosted map data, including pins, area measurements, polygons, saved boundaries, and related cloud measurement records.
Data Retention
Deletion from inside the app is immediate. Email deletion requests are processed within 30 days after we verify the account.
After deletion is completed, Land Ruler does not retain the deleted account data listed above, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial record obligations.
